Adil Kaya serves as Managing Director of Keynote SIGOS and has been with the company since 1990. Mr. Kaya is a seasoned manager with more than two decades of broad experience in the telecommunications industry. With his in-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies and protocols he has made significant contributions to several projects with network operators and also as member of several ETSI project teams. At Keynote SIGOS he previously served as Director of Sales and Professional Services, driving and increasing the company's commercial success continuously. As General Manager he is responsible for all commercial aspects, including marketing and sales and professional services. Mr. Kaya holds a Master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany. |

Martin Löhlein serves as Managing Director of Keynote SIGOS and has been with the company since 1991. Mr. Löhlein has more than 20 years of management and technology experience in the telecommunications business. At Keynote SIGOS he served as Director of R&D, driving and shaping the development and ongoing refinement of Keynote SIGOS’ market leading products “SITE” and “GlobalRoamer”. With his extensive experience in the telecommunications industry he is one of the few experts in the field of mobile testing. As General Manager he continues to being responsible for all technical aspects of Keynote SIGOS’ business. Mr. Löhlein holds a degree in telecommunications engineering from Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg, Germany. |

Norbert Neumeister serves as Director Legal at Keynote SIGOS. In this position Mr. Neumeister accounts for all aspects of the company's contract management. Since 1999, when Norbert Neumeister joined Keynote SIGOS, he held leadership positions in Sales and Marketing and Legal and built the global distribution partner network with great success. Norbert Neumeister began his career at Alcatel as Telecommunications Engineer and Project Manager. While he was based for 6 years in the Czech Republic, he led Alcatel's Switching System Division and drove the growth and success of the branch in Prague. |

Hans BankenSystem Architect
Hans Banken got his degree in Computer Science at RWTH Aachen with a focus on software engineering in 1986 and joined PKI (today Alcatel Lucent) in Nuremberg as a software developer for telecommunication systems. Hans Banken joined the SIGOS team during the start-up phase in 1990. The first projects were in the new area of GSM mobile communication, especially protocol tests on network elements like HLR, MSC/VLR and BSC. Today Hans Banken is System Architect and responsible for the design of the SITE system.
Hans Banken got his degree in Computer Science at RWTH Aachen with a focus on software engineering in 1986 and joined PKI (today Alcatel Lucent) in Nuremberg as a software developer for telecommunication systems. He joined the SIGOS team during the start-up phase in 1990. The first projects were in the new area of GSM mobile communication, especially protocol tests on network elements like HLR, MSC/VLR and BSC. Later he worked as consultant for GSM and fixed network operators in the area of routing and SS7 network planning. In 1998 he started with the work on the implementation of the ACTT/SITE test system. Today Hans Banken is System Architect and responsible for the design of the SITE system. |

Detlef Hald leads the Keynote SIGOS finance and controlling and human resources department since 2006. He is a seasoned finance executive with a decade of experience in leadership positions, mainly in the IT and telecommunications industry. Apart from his strong expertise in finance and controlling, he also dedicated himself to Supply Chain Management and was team leader at the SCM department of BenQ Germany, prior to joining Keynote SIGOS. Detlef Hald holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from a German University. |
